Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pagezy CMS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Software.

These Terms apply to all versions of Pagezy, including free and paid editions.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pagezy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Software on servers you own or control.
  • Use the Software to build and manage websites for yourself or your clients.
  • Modify the Software for your own internal use.

The free tier may be used for unlimited personal and commercial projects during the launch period. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing page.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software as a standalone product.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use the Software to build a competing CMS product.
  • Reverse-engineer the Software for competitive intelligence purposes.
  • Use the Software in any unlawful manner or to violate the rights of others.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Pagezy and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Pagezy's trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Content you create using the Software — your pages, posts, media, and data — remains entirely yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAGEZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PAGEZY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

Your license to use the Software terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or an announcement on our website.
